hi Victoria, as mentioned several times on our Etsy, the bandanas are made to slide on to the dog’s collar, and as such do not come with any sort of strap/attachment. Again, no mention of an additional strap is anywhere on our Etsy, and photos clearly show no strap/collar comes with any of our products. The packaging was perfectly intact when it was sent out to you, so unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the the handling by the post office once despatched.
